When do I get charged?
The $300 setup fee is charged once at signup. Your first monthly payment of $100 starts 30 days after your workspace goes live.
Can I cancel the monthly subscription?
Yes — cancel any time. Your workspace stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contract. Month to month after the initial setup. You own your data and can export it any time.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything as a CSV before cancelling. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
